What is a Retreat in Daily Life?
An opportunity to take some time out of our often busy lives to pray and to listen to God. It is a time to reflect and deepen our relationship with God, or to discern more of God’s call in our lives.
We meet together as a whole group at the beginning and the end of the retreat. In between each participant meets once a week 1:1 with a prayer guide, and takes time on their own to pray each day for whatever time they can manage (perhaps 20-30 minutes).
The prayer guide will provide some suggestions for prayer and help you review the previous week. You and your guide can choose to meet up at your guide’s home, in a meeting room at Edinburgh Jesuit Centre, or on Zoom.
Beginning
Sun 2nd March from 3pm-4pm at Ps & Gs, York Place
Ending
Sun 30th March from 5.15-6.15pm at Edinburgh Jesuit Church, Lauriston St
Cost
The suggested contribution is £55 – but please just pay what you can

Other than with your guide and the retreat team your personal information will not be shared with anyone else. All our guides treat your meetings with complete confidentiality; however, they must abide by our Safeguarding Policy.
