A Concert Full of Hope

A free concert offering a wonderful opportunity to hear Behnam Pour, a master of Persian music, performing on the santour, a traditional instrument from Iran.

Behnam is an Iranian Christian, who now lives in the UK. He has won several awards and is committed to building understanding and peace between people of different cultures through music. Behnam’s family and many friends are still in Iran, where they must hide their Christian faith from the authorities for fear of persecution. He (and we) hope that this concert at Holy Cross will send a message of hope to Christians in Iran, and encourage them that they are not forgotten.
