Mission Planning

Mission Plans should not be scary. They are a tool to discern the next phase of congregation life and they identify priorities and gaps in your ministry and mission.

On this page you will find two documents:

Planning for Mission: A Summary for Vestries and Congregations
Mission Plans: Where Do We Start? This is a detailed document outlining how to put together your own mission plan.

Both documents are provided in Word as well as PDF so that you can copy and paste sections of them, or amend them for your own purposes.
