You can use this form to quickly and easily inform us of changes in the makeup of your Vestry. Please remember to provide the Diocese with up-to-date details of your vestry officers whenever there is a change. Thank you

In line with HMRC requirements, you need to make sure that members of the Vestry are considered “Fit and Proper Persons” to manage the charity. A declaration needs to be signed and retained as part of the vestry records and in accordance with GDPR requirements. HMRC can, rarely, request a copy of the declaration.
