Being a member of Vestry involves being a charity trustee. There are eligibility criteria for those role in law. To ensure we are complying with all the various requirements, we require all trustees to complete 2 declaration forms: HMRC Fit and Proper Person, and Charities (Scotland) Act 2005. Copies of these forms can be found below. The completed and signed forms should be retained as part of the vestry records and in accordance with GDPR requirements.
