Jesuit spirituality is centred on “finding God in all things.” What better represents “all things” than the universe itself? Jesuits have figured prominently in the history of astronomy, engaging both the mind and the heart… the mathematical and scientific study of the phenomena, and also its history and philosophy, and its reflections in art, photography, and poetry… how we find God in the joy we experience observing the sky.
