We are the Scottish branch of the international Mission to Seafarers, that supports the men and women of all nationalities working at sea when they need us most, as they experience loneliness and danger, often far from home. From our centre in Grangemouth, we support the welfare of seafarers at ports across Scotland.
We invite all our supporters to our Annual Meeting 2024, followed by a shared Eucharist in church and then a light lunch.
We are delighted that The Right Reverend Ian Paton, Bishop of St Andrews, Dunkeld & Dunblane – who is also one of our Trustees – will be the Celebrant at the Eucharist Service.
We welcome all who would like to come along – as we reflect on the past year, during which we have been very busy with the provision of support to seafarers, and to share with you our plans for the future.
Do please contact us by email (to: chaplain@mtss.scot) if you can come, so that we have an idea of the numbers for catering purposes.
