“On Tuesday 8th October, I had the pleasure of instituting Lesley Penny as the Priest in Charge of St John’s, Selkirk and St Peter’s, Galashiels. In fact, Lesley has spent the last year of her curacy there, so yesterday’s ceremony marked the transition between curacy and incumbency.
