Come along to New Town Church of Scotland’s book sale for Christian Aid on Saturday 19 October, 10am-4pm.
While the popular Christian Aid Week sale at the former St Andrew’s and St George’s West Church in Edinburgh did not take place this year, the church (now called The New Town Church of Scotland) plans to hold a sale in October.
This Christian Aid Week sale has grown into one of the largest charitable sales in the country. After starting in 1973, it became a well-known event with the stalls set up across the bustling Edinburgh pavements. In 50 years, over £3 million has been raised, thanks to your amazing support.
