Retreat / Restore / Inspire

A day-event for all involved in ministry with children and young people across the Diocese of Edinburgh. Please register here.

Retreat: Stepping away from your ‘usual’ environment, even just for a few hours, can allow something to emerge.

Restore: Psalm 23 says that God restores our soul. We will spend some time with God, nurturing our own spirituality.

Inspire: Rachel Cooney, Children’s Director at Ps and Gs, will be with us to help us think about some practicalities of ministry with children and young people. You will also have the opportunity to network with others from across the Diocese and share ideas over coffee and lunch.

We will have the coffee ready by 10am, and if you want to spend some time chatting or sitting quietly, spaces will be available for both. We will begin in earnest at 10:30am and finish by 3:30pm, although Fee (Advisor for Christian Life) will be around for a while thereafter, if you want to chat. Lunch will be provided.
