World Day of Prayer

This is a service written by Christian women of Palestine on the theme ‘I beg you to bear with one another in love’.  We are hosting a service in the Cathedral at 11.30am, followed by refreshments in the Walpole Hall, where Palestinian handcrafts will be on sale from a stall organised by Hadeel (www.hadeel.org).  Do come along to welcome people from a number of city centre churches who will be joining us as, guided by the Palestinian women writers, we take part in a wave of prayer around the world.  The service will also be livestreamed on the Cathedral’s YouTube channel. (This is not a political event. No flags will be allowed.)
